Key requirements for manuscript preparation and submission

Manuscript Format

  • MS Word or LaTeX formats accepted
  • Abstract: 150-250 words
  • Keywords: 4-6 key terms
  • References: APA 7th edition or journal-specific style
  • Figures and tables: high-resolution images embedded
  • Maximum length: 8,000 words (including references)

Ethical Requirements

  • Original work — not previously published
  • Not under consideration by another journal
  • All authors have approved the submission
  • Conflicts of interest must be disclosed
  • Ethics approval for human/animal research
  • iThenticate plagiarism screening applies

Copyright Retention

Authors retain full copyright of their work. No transfer of copyright is required.

Open Access License

All articles published under CC BY 4.0 — allowing sharing, adaptation, and reuse with proper attribution.

Preprint Policy

Submissions previously posted on recognized preprint servers are welcome. The final published version cannot be posted on preprint servers.

Authors may share their published articles on personal websites, institutional repositories, and social media.

Frequently Asked Questions for Authors

How long does the review process take?

The first decision is typically made within 4-6 weeks of submission. The time from acceptance to online publication is approximately 2-3 weeks.

Can I submit to multiple journals at once?

No. We require that manuscripts are not under consideration by any other journal at the time of submission. Simultaneous submissions are not accepted.

Will my article be indexed?

All articles are indexed in Google Scholar and Crossref. Many of our journals are also indexed in Scopus, DOAJ, and other major databases. Indexing status varies by journal.

Can I revise my manuscript after submission?

Yes. Revisions are made during the review process based on reviewer feedback. Major revisions may require resubmission for additional review.

Do I need to suggest reviewers?

Authors are encouraged to suggest potential reviewers (2-4) who are experts in the field. However, the editorial board makes the final decision on reviewer assignment.
