Interested in submitting to this journal? We recommend that you review the About the Journal page for the journal's section policies, as well as the Author Guidelines. Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that are not under consideration elsewhere. All submissions must be made through our online submission system.
- File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX
- Page limit: 6,000–8,000 words (including references)
- Abstract: 200–250 words, structured (Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions)
- Keywords: 4–6 relevant terms
- Reference style: APA 7th edition

Prepare your manuscript according to the following structure:
- Title page: title, authors, affiliations, ORCID iDs, corresponding author contact
- Blinded manuscript: no author identifiers in the file (for double‑blind peer review)
- Main body: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion
- Declarations: Conflict of interest, funding, ethical approval, data availability
- Figures and tables placed within the text or submitted as separate files

CCMS operates a double‑blind peer review system. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other.
- Initial editorial check (plagiarism, scope, formatting)
- Assignment to at least two independent reviewers
- Reviewers provide recommendations (accept, minor revisions, major revisions, reject)
- Editorial decision communicated within 4–6 weeks
- Author revision and resubmission (if required)
We follow COPE guidelines for ethical oversight. Appeals against decisions may be submitted to the Editor‑in‑Chief.
CCMS is a fully open access journal. All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Authors retain copyright.
To cover publication costs, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 800 applies upon acceptance. Waivers and discounts are available for authors from low‑income countries or for invited submissions. No submission fees are charged.

Authors may:
- Post the published version (PDF) on personal or institutional websites immediately after publication
- Deposit the article in any repository (subject to CC BY license)
- Use the article for teaching or internal training purposes
We encourage authors to share their work widely to maximize impact. No embargo period applies.
Once your manuscript is accepted:
- You will receive proofs for final correction (48‑hour turnaround)
- APC invoice will be issued; payment options include credit card, bank transfer, or institutional agreement
- Article is published online with a DOI, assigned to an issue within 4 weeks of acceptance
- You will receive a PDF offprint and a link to share your article via social media or email
