This journal is a gold open access publication. The APC covers editorial processing, peer review, production, dissemination, and long-term archiving.
Important note: The APC does not influence editorial decisions in any way. An APC invoice will be issued only after the manuscript has successfully completed the full peer review process and has been formally accepted for publication.
APC Fee Processing
- No submission fee: There is no charge for submitting a manuscript.
- APC invoiced only after acceptance: The APC is charged only after your manuscript has successfully completed the peer review process and has been formally accepted for publication.
- No hidden fees: All costs are transparent and clearly stated on this page. There are no additional charges for color figures, supplementary materials, or page length (within standard limits).
- No impact on editorial decisions: The APC does not influence editorial decisions in any way. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on their scholarly merit.
- Discounts apply automatically: Role-based discounts (for Editorial Board Members, Associate Editors, and the Editor-in-Chief) are applied automatically at the time of invoicing.
- Waiver requests: Please contact the editorial office for any waiver-related inquiries.
1. Standard APC Rate
The standard APC is 800 USD for all countries/regions.
2. Inaugural Issue – Special Offer
- APC for Inaugural Issue: 180 USD
- Complimentary print copy: All authors receive 1 free hardbound print copy (shipping costs borne by the author). See Sample Copy Policy for details.
- Top 40% waivers: 40% of accepted articles will be selected for full APC waivers based on editorial assessment.

4. Author Role Discounts
Authors with the following roles are entitled to discounts on research articles during their term. If multiple discounts apply, only the lowest rate will be charged (no stacking).
For Editorial Columns (Editorial / Perspective / Commentary): All Editorial Board Members and Associate Editors are entitled to 100% APC waiver during their term. This applies to invited or submitted non-research articles and is independent of the research article discounts listed below.
Editorial Columns (Editorial / Perspective / Commentary): All Editorial Board Members and Associate Editors publish these articles free of charge during their term. This policy is separate from the research article discounts shown above.
These role-based discounts apply in addition to any existing promotional discounts. The lowest applicable rate will be charged.
