Journal of Intelligent Learning Research is an international peer‑reviewed, gold open access journal dedicated to advancing the science and practice of intelligent learning systems, artificial intelligence in education, and cognitive computing. We publish original research, critical reviews, and case studies that reflect the evolving landscape of digital learning and intelligent technologies.

Interdisciplinary Mission

Journal of Intelligent Learning Research actively encourages contributions that bridge multiple domains. We are particularly interested in work that:

  • Combines AI techniques with educational theory and practice

  • Examines cross-cultural perspectives on intelligent learning
  • Addresses ethical, social, and policy dimensions of AI in education
 We welcome both conceptual and empirical studies, and we are open to innovative formats such as design-based research, implementation case studies, and practice‑based reports.

For every accepted article, Journal of Intelligent Learning Research provides the corresponding author with one complimentary print copy of the issue in which their work appears. The print copy will be shipped via SF Express (tracking number provided). Please confirm your full mailing address with the editorial office after acceptance. The digital edition is freely available online and will be sent to the author's registered email.
