1. Copyright Ownership

Authors retain copyright of their work published in Journal of Intelligent Learning Research. No transfer of copyright is required. By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and agree to the terms of the Creative Commons license under which the article will be made available.

2. Creative Commons License (CC BY 4.0)

All articles published in Journal of Intelligent Learning Research are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows anyone to:

3. Author Rights

4. Third‑Party Material

If a manuscript includes material (e.g., figures, tables, excerpts) that is owned by a third party, the authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and for acknowledging the original source. Such permissions must be submitted with the manuscript.

The CC BY 4.0 license permits commercial reuse. Third parties may commercially use, reproduce, or distribute Journal of Intelligent Learning Research articles without further permission, as long as proper attribution is given to the original authors and the journal.

6. Licensing for Issues and Galleys

Each article is individually licensed under CC BY 4.0. The same license applies to the entire issue compilation (cover, table of contents, layout). However, individual articles may be cited separately and are subject to their own attribution requirements.
