APC Fee Processing

• No submission fee: There is no charge for submitting a manuscript.
• APC invoiced only after acceptance: The APC is charged only after your manuscript has successfully completed the peer review process and has been formally accepted for publication.
• No hidden fees: All costs are transparent and clearly stated on this page.
• Hard Baseline Rule: The APC rate is strictly determined by the issue at the time of formal acceptance. Delays in peer review or cross-year publication do not qualify for historical pricing based on submission date.
• Discounts apply automatically: Role-based discounts are applied automatically at the time of invoicing.
• Waiver requests: Please contact the editorial office for any waiver-related inquiries.

• Outstanding Papers: 50% of accepted articles will be selected for full (100%) APC waivers based on editorial assessment.
• Invited Papers: Authoritative reviews or original research by leading figures invited by the EiC enjoy a 100% waiver. (Strictly limited to 1–2 papers per issue).
• Print sample copy: Available upon request. Authors are responsible for the actual production and shipping costs. See Sample Copy Policy for details.

Special Rule for Column Articles (Editorial / Commentary):

Written by the EiC, Associate Editors, or Invited Editorial Board Members. 100% Free (0 USD).
*Limited to 1,000–2,500 words. Must not contain full empirical data or research frameworks. Strictly limited to 1–2 columns per issue.
