- Article Processing Charges (APC): 1,100 USD (high-income) / 550 USD (middle-income). Launch discounts (2026–2028): 40% off (2026), 30% off (2027), 20% off (2028). Additional role‑based discounts available for editorial board members.
- Free for readers — all articles are immediately available online without subscription or registration.
- Authors retain copyright under a Creative Commons license (CC BY 4.0).
