StarNexus Science Press (Hong Kong) · Transparent, Fair, and Sustainable Open Access

StarNexus Science Press (Hong Kong) operates a Gold Open Access model. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), making them freely available to readers worldwide. To support this model, we apply an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of publication, including peer review management, editorial production, DOI registration, digital preservation, and platform hosting.

Important: APC is invoiced only after acceptance. No submission fees are charged.

Author Role Discounts

Discounts are applied automatically for corresponding authors who hold the following roles during their term. The lowest applicable rate will be charged.

Editor-in-Chief 100% off (free)

These role-based discounts apply in addition to any existing promotional discounts.

Discounts apply automatically. "Waived" refers to the percentage of accepted articles selected for full APC waivers based on editorial assessment.
