ICET 2026 – Call for Papers & Participation
The 6th International Conference on Educational Technology (ICET 2026) will be held in Wuhan, China from October 23-26, 2026. Organized by South-Central Minzu University and co-organized by Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan Sports University, and Huanggang Normal University, with papers published by IEEE and included in IEEE Xplore. The conference theme is "The Digital and Intelligent Transformation of Education: Reimagining Human-Centric and Inclusive Learning Ecosystems". Accepted papers will be submitted to Ei Compendex, Scopus, and other indexing services.

Participants include Lingqing Song (China Educational Technology), Huifu Xu (Open Education Research), Lizhen Jiao (Modern Education Technology), Mingjie Tan (Modern Distance Education Research), Qing Li (Frontiers of Educational Intelligence), Wenbo Jiang (Digital Education Frontiers), and Liang Zhao (Journal of Tianjin Academy of Educational Sciences). The Associate Editor of International Journal of Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (SSCI Q1, CAS Top Journal) and the Associate Editor of Learning: Research and Practice (ESCI Q1) will also participate.
Submission Guidelines- Full Paper: At least 4 pages (max 5 pages), double-column IEEE format, for publication and oral presentation.
- Abstract: 200-300 words, for presentation only without publication.
- Listener Registration: Attend as listener without publication or presentation.
- Language: English only.
