Frontiers in Intelligent Medicine & Health (FIMH) is an international peer-reviewed, gold open access journal published by StarNexus Science Press (Hong Kong). The journal publishes research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital health, clinical medicine, biomedical data science, healthcare technologies, and public health innovation. All submissions are handled through our OJS system.

Submission Steps

Average processing time from submission to first decision: 4-6 weeks. We strive for rigorous, timely, and constructive peer review.

Prepare

Prepare your manuscript according to the journal format requirements. Ensure anonymity for double-blind review and include all required ethical declarations.

Submit

Create an account or log in to OJS and follow the five-step submission process. You can save drafts and submit later.

Peer Review

Double-blind review by 3-4 independent reviewers. You will normally be notified of the first decision within 4-6 weeks.

Publish

Once accepted, your article is published online with a Crossref DOI and CC BY 4.0 license, ensuring global visibility.

Manuscript Format Requirements

Language: English
File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or LaTeX
Word Count: 4,000-8,000 words for original research articles, unless otherwise specified
Required Sections: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, References, Author information, Funding statement, Conflict of Interest, Data Availability, and Ethics Statement where applicable
Citation Style: Vancouver or APA 7th edition, depending on article type and author preference
Anonymization: Remove all author identifiers from the main manuscript for double-blind review
Ethics: Human participant studies, clinical data, patient images, trials, and health-related datasets must include appropriate approval, consent, and privacy safeguards

Submissions that do not comply with these formatting and ethical requirements may be returned to authors before entering peer review.
